About This Coffee
This coffee is a washed bourbon variety from the Nyamasheke region in the Western Province of Rwanda. It is wet processed at the Gitwe Washing Station situated at about 1800 meters above sea level, processing coffees grown at nearby farms ranging between 1800 and 2000 meters above sea level. It has a medium to full body, lower acidity, and flavors of chocolate, fruit, and herbs, with a smooth and rich taste profile that suits a wide range of palates.
